Congratulations to 23 yr old Brain Industries’ blast and paint Hank Theunissen who came second in the Queanbeyan Strongman Arnold’s Qualifier in November 2019.
Hank deadlifted 250kilos plus an all-terrain-vehicle for seven reps.
The event was the last and heaviest event in the Capital Strongman calendar for 2019 and officially Canberra’s Arnold’s Australia 2020 qualifier.
Hank will now compete in the Arnold Schwarzenegger Festival in Melbourne in March 2020. Arnie himself should make an appearance in Melbourne in March.
Hank only took up the sport in early 2019 after hearing about it when he moved to Newcastle. He came second in the NSW Strongest Man in June in Sydney in the under 90kgs weight category.
Hank is Brain’s blast and paint specialist. He started work with Brain earlier this year after moving from his hometown of Mudgee.
